We offer a bespoke detailed survey designed to provide you with all the information you need when making a decision on the purchase of a property; the Building Survey Report (Level 3). This report goes into detail regarding all accessible and visible areas of the property, including photographs and helpful advice as to how any reparations can be made. We understand the importance of a fully detailed report, as purchasing a property is often one of the most important investments we can make in our lifetime.
Building Survey Report (Level 3) – An analysis of the property from the top down includes all exterior and interior accessible areas of the property. A typed and bound report incorporating full colour photos will be provided, and the report can also be emailed to clients usually within 24 hours of our inspection.
The focus of our services is to provide clients with all the relevant information so that they do not feel pressured to enter into any negotiations that they are unsure of, allowing them to lawfully dispute the price of a property and re-negotiate an asking price where certain defects are concerned.
