About Redruth

Independent Chartered Surveyors Redruth

Located in the heart of the county, Redruth has easy access to the main A30, linking Redruth to Camborne, Hayle, Penzance and Truro. Traditionally known as a mining town, Redruth was once renowned for sourcing a number of metalliferous minerals together with the neighbouring villages of Carharrack, Brea and St Day.  Redruth has more recently seen significant development on redundant mining land, providing new housing for commuters working further afield across the county.  Surprisingly the mines are still a topic of interest as previously unrecorded mine shafts are regularly discovered, these often opening up and collapsing.

Services We Provide

Building Surveys Redruth

Hocking Associates has a dedication to making sure that our clients have all the relevant information needed, whether you are looking at a buy-to-let investment, you need property advice or you would like to request another service. If you are looking to purchase a property we provide the Building Survey Report (Level 3).

Building Survey Report (Level 3)  – A detailed report on the condition of the property, identifying any major defects or potential issues found within all visible and accessible elements of the property. The report incorporates a comprehensive photographic record of defects found, which clients tend to find extremely helpful when reading through the report.
