Residential Survey and Property Valuation

We specialise in residential survey and valuation work together with general property consultancy and advice. Our clients range from private individuals and companies to firms of solicitors, both local and out of County. We undertake valuation and survey work for major lenders and high street banks such as Santander, Lloyds TSB and Cheltenham & Gloucester. We also act for private banks, charitable organisations, pension boards, trusts, benevolent funds and the Church of England. In addition to this, we act as Expert Witnesses in Court related matters.

Our approach is very flexible and friendly and we are happy to discuss all elements of any given task with our clients. Speed of service is paramount and we orientate our reporting to suit any specific requirements, tailoring our fee scale accordingly.
